Nice house with king bed 25min to Niagara falls

Has potential to be a 10. Positive: The location is exceptional. Located near downtown, Buffalo Convention Center, Niagara Falls and the airport. The neighborhood is in a historic location and offers a taste of downtown Buffalo living. The home had a washer and dryer which allowed me to do a quick wash and leave with clean clothes and also wash the towels we used. The kitchen was supplied with all the dishes needed to make a small morning breakfast and coffee. Towels and bed linens were clean and well stocked. Negative: None of the televisions worked, there were 4 TVs in the home and none worked or turned on. I messaged to have them fixed so we could watch TV but it didn’t happen, we tried to problem solve by buying new batteries and changing them out in the remotes, didn’t help. We were there several days and it would have been nice to be able to watch TV, especially the morning news. The place needed a good dusting, and we found trash behind the upstairs bedside tables. The kitchen trash cans had a horrible smell that we gagged when we took the trash bag out of the bin. I would have rated higher if these items were addressed.

It was amazing and would definitely book again in the future. Positive: It was really cozy. with all the events I went To this weekend, it was very convenient Negative: Wasn’t crazy about the part of town

Very comfortable, great price. Positive: It was very spacious, great price. Negative: Dilapidated neighborhood but the location was great for the event we were attending.
